Welcoming a new year , rooted in INTENTION

It’s been a while….let’s catch up!

As of recent, I have found myself in deep listening and holding space for founders to recalibrate. Foundational needs : security and physiological needs have been shaken and upended not only for them, for their community and customers. Through this exercise, it has given me space to reflect, observe, anticipate what is to come, and remain a student of life.

While nature awakens from its slumber, we are asked to continue to nourish our roots. We feel a shift that is bubbling up, yet we don’t have clarity yet.

We are asked to have conviction in our vision and goals, be courageous in our certainty, yet flexible in our approach.

We know 2025 is a year of transformation and surrender, embracing the wisdom of, ‘ the only constant is change’.

With this understanding, INTENTION, is my word of the year. It serves as my North Star when working with early stage founders. From this point, we’ve navigate around major landmines and implement new strategies in total alignment— allowing us to turn 💩 into fertilizer. Consistently nurturing our strategies, we are witnessing early signs of blossoming 🌸 .

No celebration yet….we are not out of the woods.

Our world will continue to move even faster than it has been, while consumers are seeking a slower pace — tuning out fear based messaging, seeking truth in every aspect of where they choose to spend their dollar, and tuning into what is true for them.

We will see a rise in micro communities where quality supersedes quantity. Whether Gen Z or Millennials, more and more are embracing and being comfortable with being multi hyphenates — exploring their desires, passions, hobbies and some creating accidental side hustles. Thus this invites consumers to belong to more than one community, cross pollinate in identifying with brands they will open their wallet for. What does this mean for brands? Deeply know your customers and be INTENTIONAL in communicating with your customers and community.

What I am noticing, are founders who may have started their brand intuitively knowing certain healing modalities are foundational to their brand, are deepening their studies in that particular modality. They are becoming experts themselves in order to take control of the knowledge they wish to share with their customers and the world in total alignment to the brand they are building. Expertise, ethos, purpose, and mission will become moats and anything that isn’t in full alignment, customers will call out.

I am also taking a page from founders. Continue to educate myself on the future of technology and how to ethically and efficiently implement, spirituality, and impact investment and how consciousness can be injected into investing.

There is an intersection beyond what we read, and I am keen on :

Illuminating the powerful intersection of sustainable luxury, beauty and wellbeing entrepreneurship, spiritual business principles, and technological advancement.

My curiosity is inspiring me to dig deeper, educate myself further, and ask the hard questions. I’m pushing my limits again this year. My goal is to share what I learn along the way, share my discoveries and thoughts, and hopefully inspire new pathways for a more sustainable future for more conscious entrepreneurs to thrive. In a year of transformation, surrender, nurturing our curiosities, and intentionally step out of our comfort zones, I hope be a beacon of light and help guide even more conscious entrepreneurs to reach their next milestone.
